Improving Housing Service to Global Military Personnel

Pharicode and SOFTACT Solutions partnered to implement ServiceNow’s Customer Service Management solution for the Army Materiel Command, called the Army Maintenance Application (ArMA). ArMA allows residents living in Army-owned housing on bases across the globe to submit and track service requests for their residence on a modern, mobile-optimized Service Portal. The solution demonstrates the breadth of workflows that can be addressed with the ServiceNow platform.
