Modern Tools for the Modern Workforce

The Department of State quickly pivoted to telework when COVID-19 hit, providing its workforce with the support they needed to work remotely full-time using modern, cloud-based collaboration tools. During this agency spotlight session, Kelly Horton, ServiceNow’s Director of Public Policy Accounts will chat with Brian Merrick, the Director of the Cloud Program Management Office at the Department of State, about how the agency pivoted their workforce so quickly.
