Tracy Caudill

Tracy Caudill is the Head of Delivery Management for Capgemini Cloud and Infrastructure Services (CIS) Americas Projects and Consulting. In this role, she leads a broad portfolio of cybersecurity, cloud, and edge computing engagements. Tracy excels at building collaborative teams that create client value and enable long-lasting partnerships. She has 20 years of experience with Capgemini as part of the former Leidos Cyber and Lockheed Martin Commercial Cyber practice acquired by the Group in 2019. Prior to her current role, Tracy was Head of Capgemini Cyber Engagement Management. She’s managed the build and strategic transformation of multiple Security Operating Centers as well as Security Assessments, Network Segmentation, and Insider Threat programs for commercial clients. Before joining the Cyber practice in 2013, Tracy held various roles at Lockheed Martin Corporation supporting U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy and Department of Homeland Security programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California. Tracy is passionate about giving back to her community and inspiring the next generation of women leaders. She is a troop leader for the Girl Scout Nation’s Capital Council and a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Washington.
