Steve Krauss

Steve Krauss is currently serving as Senior Advisor for the HR Quality Services Management Office (HR QSMO) and HR Line of Business (HRLOB) at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), advising on topics related to the government-wide implementation of HR standards and services.

Previously, Steve served as a program advisor at the General Services Administration (GSA), where he oversaw elements of GSA’s Agency Reform Plan, including efforts to stand up the HR QSMO at GSA.

Before that, Steve served as the Director of Category Management Strategic Execution within the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), where he stood up and ran the program office supporting the government-wide, OMB-led Category Management initiative.

Prior to joining federal service in 2015, Steve spent more than 20 years working in industry, in roles related to business operations, commercial and government IT, and supply chain logistics.
