Shadeh Ardani is a Federal ServiceNow solutions specialist based in the Washington, D.C. region as part of ServiceNow’s Public Sector division. Shadeh has spent her career supporting the DoD and its agencies in the realm of IT and helping them achieve quicker mission outcomes with digital transformations. Currently, Shadeh is focused on improving operational challenges and bringing service delivery solutions to the DoD in support of modernizing government systems for all diverse missions.
