With experience spanning civilian, DoD, and private sectors, she specializes in uncovering deep user insights, driving strategic decisions, and improving government services for agencies and constituents.

She has led research in policy-driven and safety-critical environments, ensuring technology aligns with real-world needs and making complex systems simpler and more intuitive. Passionate about user advocacy and problem-solving, she works to bridge the gap between research, design, and impactful service delivery.

When she’s not talking to users or identifying challenges, Sarah can be found exploring Seattle and chasing after her two large, furry Bernedoodles.
