RJ Jainendra

RJ Jainendra is General Manager and Vice President of Product Management for ITSM at ServiceNow. He has worked in tech for over 25 years with most of his career involving building tools for developers and IT.

In prior roles at ServiceNow, RJ incubated an incident response product for SRE and was the General Manager for DevOps and Strategic Portfolio Management (previously called IT Business Management) products.

Prior to ServiceNow, RJ held product and engineering leadership roles at Oracle, Electric Cloud, and Serena Software, helping customers realize value through enterprise software.
