Paul Pietsch

Paul manages the Partnership for Public Service’s federal workforce research portfolio. He has lead research projects focused on surge hiring, federal public-private talent exchanges and revitalizing the State Department. He is currently researching civil servants’ trust in federal leaders and the institutions of the civil service.
