Pam Leith is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Enterprise Architect (EA) with over 15 years of experience managing large complex projects in the Federal government. Her prior Federal experience ranges from Department Homeland Security Headquarters as Project manager to Infrastructure Manager at Corporation for National and Community Service. She has over 30 years of experience in change management, process development and mapping, facilitation, team building, leadership development for management, and operations improvement. She has developed and managed a broad array of IT infrastructure and network services, IT governance and oversight, and EA program development and strengthening. She also has experience with breaking the barriers to change and building collaborative cultures, making connections and understanding perspectives to augment abilities to provide vision, defining the work effort, and guiding contributions from stakeholders.
