Nathan Ford

Director, Enterprise Service Management

U.S. Army Cyber Command

Nathan Ford is the U.S. Army Cyber Command lead for Army Enterprise Service Management and the architect and program lead for the Army Enterprise Service Desk (AESD) and Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP), the largest ServiceNow implementation within the public sector.

Prior to moving to ARCYBER, Mr. Ford served as the IT Service Management lead for the U.S. Army’s 7th Signal Command (Theater), with a focus on Army operations in the Continental U.S. In previous roles, Mr. Ford served as Interim CIO and Deputy CIO for Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center; Network Manager for Defense Distribution Center Cherry Point; Nation Capital Region Call Center Manager for HQ Navy; and has served in Help Desk Manager roles at HQ Navy and Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center.

Mr. Ford holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mary Washington. He is a certified ITIL 4 Master, Project Management Professional (PMP), HDI Service Center Manager, and holds a variety of other industry certifications.
