Michelle Headrick

For over 20 years Michelle Headrick has managed, supported, designed and developed software and user experiences for large enterprises. Certified as a Scaled Agile Program Coach, she works with her teams to leverage diverse skill sets in the execution of building exceptional products across large organizations applying design thinking, agile and lean practices.

Michelle leads the Application Services Practice at Cask, collaborating to produce meaningful, transformative digital solutions. Together they have changed the way the United States deploys resources nationally in response to devastating wildfires and have allowed state, local and federal agencies to respond to the pandemic with test scheduling, food distribution and automated processes that work for newly remote teams.
