Michelle Clonmell

Michelle Clonmell is the Intact Program Director responsible for the successful execution and delivery of the ServiceNow platform and products within IRS. As Program Director, she directs the development, planning, prioritization, approval, implementation, and compliance of on-going customer facing programs and projects. With over 20 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex programs, Michelle is passionate about driving customer-focused strategic initiatives and achieving results through collaboration and teamwork.

Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and received a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University. She has several certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt, Organizational Change Management, ITIL 4, Enterprise Content Management, and Knowledge and Innovation Management. In her free time, Michelle enjoys exploring new cities, reading, baking, and live performances.
