Michael Lovaas

Michael Lovaas joined the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in 2016 and is currently the Action and Administrative Support Branch (AASB) Chief with the Mission Support Executive Office. AASB was responsible for the creation of the Concurrence and Action Tracker (CAT) via the ServiceNow platform. Michael and his team manage the Mission Support Action Office within FEMA and have implemented CAT as their system of record for all concurrence and action tracking requirements. AASB is responsible for managing CAT, training other mission support offices on its use, and coordinating completion concurrence and action tracking requirements on behalf of Mission Support.
