Maria Bertucci

Maria is a System Administrator with Government Employees Services Division at NFC. She has been in Federal service for over 20 years. Her responsibilities include planning, designing, testing, deploying, and maintaining the service desk applications at NFC while transitioning from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow. She has over 40 years of experience in the IT Professional field. Her current position is serving as the NFC BSM ServiceNow Technical Manager and Contracting Officer’s Representative.

Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University. She has multiple certifications as a COR level III, ITIL Foundation V3/4, Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt, Certified SCRUM Master and is working toward her PMP certification. Maria is also an Advisory member of the Louisiana ServiceNow User Group (LA-SNUG), which includes commercial, education, and state/federal government agency accounts.
