Leslie Horne

Leslie Horne’s process improvement expertise, including a designation as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, helps drive the efficiencies in the operations of the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). She is responsible for risk management and process improvement, identifying risk areas and mitigating those risks with more efficient processes. Leslie has worked in a number of capacities within the Army including 10 years supporting the process improvement efforts for the Army Medical Command. Leslie also served in Iraq and Afghanistan as well as Kosovo, when she was in the military. In her current role she is one of the main points of contacts for the Concept Vetting Process and is involved in ensuring all processes are mapped and improved, prior to building them in the ServiceNow platform. Leslie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Troy University and a Masters from Liberty University.
