Kurt Merkling

Kurt is a Senior IT Program Manager at the US Department of Energy (DOE), Office of the Chief Information Officer with more than 25 years of leadership and management experience. He served a full career in the US Navy as a Naval Aviator with assignments at the Missile Defense Agency, National Reconnaissance Office, and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. Prior to joining DOE, he was a managing consultant with the IBM Global Business Services, US Federal Team.
