Kimberly Steide, HHS Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary – Human Capital; a career executive armed with over 25 years of U.S. Government service leading, managing, and successfully developing human capital management strategies for critical Federal agencies.
Kimberly is an established leader who coordinates the efforts of staff in human resource strategic planning and management, human resources technology, administration, contract management, budget and financial administration that lead to measurable improvements in mission outcomes. She is sought out as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in human capital management principles, concepts, and practices, including knowledge of Federal human capital management laws, rules, and regulations. Creates, manages, and implements structured organizational environments encouraging innovation, change, and mission achievement.
Kimberly is also recognized by OPM as a thought-leader and mentor in the four Human Capital Framework Systems – Strategic Planning and Alignment, Talent Management, Performance Culture, and Evaluation.
