Kelly Horton

Kelly Horton is the Director of Public Policy accounts at ServiceNow. She previously served as Client Director for the State Department and has 15+ years experience working with C-level executives in both public and private sector. Prior to ServiceNow, Kelly led strategic accounts in Healthcare and Public Sector at Salesforce and Oracle. Kelly has served as a trusted advisor to the C-suite across Healthcare, Public Sector, and Higher Education verticals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Corporate Communication. She was a first-generation college student and is passionate about supporting the Veteran community.
