Kathie Shedron

Kathie Shedron is the Director of ITSM USAF EITaaS as part of Defense and Intelligence at Unisys Federal.

In her role, Kathie leads all ITSM solution activities for the USAF EITaaS program. She works with the respective business unit leaders, senior leadership, marketing, service delivery, solution teams, pricing, recruiting, capture and proposal management groups to drive growth for the USAF and the Unisys organization.

Prior to joining the Unisys Federal team, Kathie worked in our commercial space as the ServiceNow Global Director overseeing commercial solutions, designs and development.

Kathie has her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Maryville University.
