Justin Brooks leads the Federal Customer and Industry Workflow Practice for ServiceNow focusing on Government, Customer and Citizen CX. During his 7yrs with the company, and prior to his current role, Mr. Brooks led ServiceNow direct sales practices for both Civilian, and DOD agencies. Mr. Brooks is further distinguished by a 25+ year career of helping Federal organizations solve their biggest problems through his various roles of Sales Leadership, Market Intelligence, Strategy, and Active Duty Military Service.
