Jeri Culley

Jeri Culley has 20+ years of experience in state government administration, legislative coordination, policy development, and strategic implementations to allowing her to assist customers in their health and human services transformation efforts. Jeri’s portfolio includes full front-to-end organizational analysis and architecture, execution and program guardianship for exceptional and compliant delivery. She has extensive experience in HHS programs and an in-depth understanding of economic assistance programs such as SNAP, TANF and Medicaid, and how they compliment the welfare systems and family services. Jeri has developed public benefit quality management systems for unprecedented and exceptional quality delivery.

After spending much of her career in the administration of state programs, she brings to her EY GPS customers an understanding of executive level challenges in designing and delivering world class services impacted by state and federal government constraints.
