Captain Jeffrey Quinn

Jeff is a native of Fort Worth, Texas, who enlisted in 1990 and transitioned to chaplaincy in 2004. He has served with Marine, Coast Guard, and Navy units throughout his career.

Jeff is a graduate of Wesley Theological Seminary and the Naval Postgraduate School, and currently serves as Force Chaplain for Submarine Force Atlantic.
