Jeffrey Gore is Senior Director of Employee Workflows Product Management at ServiceNow. Jeffrey has over twenty years of experience in shared services and service management across HR, IT, and Facilities domains. For the past five years, he has been instrumental in establishing ServiceNow as the market leader in Employee Service Management.

Jeffrey brings a customer-focused approach to product management with a focus on product adoption and success. He manages the team responsible for product advisory programs, product success, customer communities, adoption accelerators, product release readiness, and demonstration environments.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
