Erica Palermo

Erica is a Software Delivery Project Manager for Accenture Federal Services. She has been with AFS for over 9 years. Prior to that, spent over 5-years with IBM supporting the Federal Government. For the past 4 years Erica has supported SSA’s ServiceNow implementations with a focus on the SSA Cloud Organization’s implementation of automated workflows and Cloud Management Platform. Erica has been deeply involved in the Social Security Administrations Cloud Management initiative from the start and continues to support the project’s continued evolution.
