Elton Edinborough

Elton currently is the Lead IT Program Manager for the office of the CIO at NOAA Fisheries. He is responsible for spearheading emergent technologies in the areas of AI/GenAI for the organization.

Prior to NOAA Fisheries, Elton served as Program Manager at United Services Automobile Association(USAA), specifically assigned to risk and compliance efforts. He was the lead PM for Human Resources for the Victory Capital Investments acquisition of USAA Investments. Elton began his USAA career in October 2017 as a Sr. Reporting Analyst for the Property and Casualty HR team. In this role, Elton translated raw data and analytics into meaningful and actionable HR workforce insights.

Elton is married to Seba and they have a 7 year old daughter. He is a Washington DC native and avid sports fan. Elton loves to travel the world experiencing different cultures and enjoys being outdoors.
