With 15 years of IT experience and 8 years dedicated to the ServiceNow platform — 7 of those focused on federal projects — Dustin has led over 30 high-impact implementations. These projects span IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Security Operations (SecOps), Custom Application Development using Creator Workflows, Gen AI with Now Assist, and Robotic Process Automation.
