Denise Bottomley

Denise currently is a Manager with Ernst & Young LLP, in the Technology Strategy & Transformation, Federal Government Services practice. Denise serves as the Federal Contractor Lead for the Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) program in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at DOE. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day C-SCRM governance, operations, and enhancement teams in planning and executing the program, in collaboration with the DOE OCIO program manager and DOE leadership.

Prior to joining the C-SCRM engagement, Denise has served in the private sector in multiple roles, including program manager across transportation, telecommunications, software, hardware, financial services, and healthcare. Denise is a proven leader in multi-industry and government Agency global strategic IT and Finance Operations transformations, including C-SCRM transformation.

Denise is ITIL certified and received her BS degree from California State University, Chico and an M.S. in Finance from Golden Gate University.
