Working in the ServiceNow ecosystem for six years and directly for ServiceNow for two plus years. Currently overseeing Federal Healthcare and Finance Impact Delivery program, and driving value realization across industry. Prior to joining ServiceNow was platform owner for the state of North Carolina DIT agency supporting multiple state agencies and created/led national ServiceNow SLG community of practice with 41 states participating. Other past experiences in natural gas, financial derivatives, accounting, and growth leadership.
