Darris Adkins

Darris Adkins is a Senior Missions Account Executive at ServiceNow. He leads the Social Services Platform area to enhance State and Local programs. Formerly a Technology Program Manager at the Tennessee Department of Human Services, he led award-winning teams, reimagined customer experiences, and drove policy innovation, notably transforming disaster relief with a 100% online delivery model.

Passionate about technology’s transformative power, Darris is committed to ServiceNow’s mission of becoming the defining enterprise software of the 21st century. Originally from Southern California, he now lives in Murfreesboro, TN, enjoying family time, design, and music.
