Daniel Alonso is the ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management (SNOW ESM) Architect and SNOW ESM Team Supervisor for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
As the Platform Architect, Daniel helps lead the shaping of the roadmap for the future of ServiceNow at the OCC. While ensuring new implementations and changes to the platform are designed in a fashion that ensure coherence across the platform, a key component is promoting the platform across the OCC and serving as the organizational visionary in transformation.
Daniel has led the team and platform from its early stage of just serving IT needs to truly building on the idea of an Enterprise Service Management solution: Everything as a Service.
Before joining the OCC in 2012, Daniel served in the management of IT Operations for Department of Homeland Security, Florida Department of Health, and Department of Veterans Affairs. Daniel is a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Military Intelligence Corps. He holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from The Florida State University, as well as numerous IT certifications including CISSP and ITIL.
