Dan Wallace leads an organization focused on helping Federal Civilian agencies meet their mission objectives by overcoming the limitations of legacy technologies and manual processes through ServiceNow’s integrated platform workflows. Along with his team, he helps deliver business solutions that enhance the user experience and comply with regulatory provisions of the Federal government. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Dan supported Federal and Enterprise customers at Oracle and Verizon.
He holds a Bachelor’s of Science, Cum Laude from George Mason University.
