Christian Malone

Christian Malone is a Senior Advisory Solution Architect within the IT Transformation practice at ServiceNow Federal. He specializes in helping customers improve the IT experience thru automating across their IT Service, Business, and Operations capabilities. Christian has over 20 years of experience in monitoring, computing, datacenters, and enterprise software. He started as a Supercomputer Operator for NASA’s Center for Computational Sciences, later joining Apple Computer to build a national systems integrator channel, and most recently, Christian led the global architecture and integration efforts for monitoring and service visibility at Discovery Communications.
