He has worked extensively across every cabinet level agency to promote the evolution of both process + technology to innovate HR operations and the employee experience. Chris is incredibly passionate about improving the Federal employee experience & reducing redundancy in process for core HR teams. As a result, he has worked with policy authorities such as OPM to understand how modern HR technology can align to help agencies remain compliant while still promoting new and innovative “ways of working” to enable a more fulfilled & optimized Federal workforce so agencies may focus their time on mission critical tasks.
