Chris Copeland

Mr. Copeland is a senior managing director who leads Accenture Federal Services’ (AFS) Cloud Practice. As the Cloud Lead, he is responsible for the architecture, delivery, ecosystem relationships, managed services of AFS’ cloud programs across Civilian, Defense and Intel customers.

With more than 21 years with Accenture, Mr. Copeland has led multiple, large scale, transformational programs across ERP, Federal Financials, Health, and Technology Operations. Mr. Copeland has been the Accenture Federal Cloud ERP chief architect and led successful managed services engagements at the Office of Personnel Management, National Science Foundation, and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Most recently, Mr. Copeland was the Technology and Operations Lead for CMS’ Healthcare.gov Program.
