Before leading the team, he was Emperies Architect for all ServiceNow Federal Civilian customers helping align business challenges to architecture roadmap. He helped define the ServiceNow operating model for Federal customers to scale the platform and unlock value achieving strategic outcomes. Over the past four years at ServiceNow Chris has been a trusted technical advisor to US Department of Labor, FDIC, NCUA, FRTIB, Department of Education, Department of Interior, HUD, DHS, ICE, TSA, Department of State, and CMS, and Veteran Affairs.
