Carolyn French is the ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management (SNOW ESM) Platform Manager for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).
As the Platform Manager, Carolyn is responsible for managing multiple simultaneous implementations of new functionality, as well as on-going maintenance of the SNOW ESM platform at OCC. Setting the cadence with high expectations of the entire team, her duties include budget management, contract management, schedule management, and reconciling technical interdependencies between implementations and the operations team.
Since becoming the Platform Manager in 2014, Carolyn has managed to oversee the creation of 850+ forms and workflows across the following ServiceNow Suites: ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, IRM, SecOps, and HRSD.
Prior to her current role, Carolyn implemented and managed custom application development for Supervisions at the OCC. Carolyn started her Federal career at Peace Corps headquarters serving as a Business Relationship Manager and then the Global Infrastructure Program Manager. She began her professional career at PBS Headquarters, working on PBS.org and managing custom-built fundraising applications.
Carolyn has a Master of Science in Technology Management from George Mason University. She is a certified PMP, CISSP, Scrum Master, and ITIL v4 Managing Professional. Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from James Madison University.
