Brian Fogg

As the Chief Technology Officer for Federal Civilian, Brian Fogg will provide strategic leadership to General Dynamics Information Technology’s technical enterprise, leading the Federal Civilian team of solution architects. In this role, he will focus the group’s resources on driving innovation and technical solutions for both new business and existing programs.

Brian brings 25 years of experience in technical leadership to federal customers. Most recently, he served as the Chief Technology Officer for the Health and Civil Group at CSRA. Prior to that, he was the Chief Innovation Officer for Technica Inc. and led their customer-facing Innovation Council. Brian’s Federal IT experience includes expertise in systems engineering, network engineering, hyper-converged infrastructure, and cloud services. As CSRA’s new HCG CTO, Brian will focus on envisioning and defining both solutions and solution-development strategies for bringing innovation to CSRA’s Healthcare and Civil marketplace.

Earlier in his career Brian served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at NCI Information System Inc.’s Technology Support Office. There he led the team to infuse new technology into NCI’s client base and technical staff. Brian also worked for over a decade at CSRA’s legacy company, SRA International, where he served as Director of Strategic Solutions for the Defense Sector.

Brian received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech.
