Brett Einsidler

Brett Einsidler is a Talent Operations Manager at Kessel Run, an Air Force Organization, driving the success of employee journeys at all levels of the organization and streamlining business processes enterprise wide. This role acts as an HR Business Partner and is required to be proactively involved with organizational leadership to ensure alignment between key mission requirements, business processes, and employee experience.

Before Kessel Run, Brett was an Active Duty Air Force Medical Service Program Manager for a Public Health office, where he streamlined Public Health policies and practices for military operations within New England. Over time in this role, he developed methods in creating and implementing enterprise level policies within rigid military organizations that focused on the employee and customer experience.

Brett has also been involved in DEIA activism throughout his career and personal life, which has been instrumental in his growth as a change maker.
