Brent MacAloney

Brent MacAloney is the ServiceNow Program Manager and Platform Owner at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). He has served in that role since 2016, leading the growth of NOAA’s ServiceNow platform from a single IT service management help desk to successfully hosting over 50 applications.

Prior to his role overseeing NOAA’s ServiceNow platform, he was a meteorologist at the National Weather Service for 17 years, specializing in forecast and warning verification and the impacts made by severe and unusual weather events.
