Brad O'Laughlin

Brad O’Laughlin is a former implementor and consultant of ServiceNow at large enterprises. He has experience in ITBM(SPM), ITAM, and ITSM module implementations as well as consulting with clients on process efficiency and cost cutting efforts. He joined ServiceNow in February 2021 and works as a Senior Solutions Consultant specializing in Strategic Portfolio Management and continues to support clients in IT transformations.
