Bill Daniels

Bill has worked for the federal government and DOD for over 20 years as both Federal Employee and Contractor. He started his career as a hardware specialist with IBM and quickly realized software was the future. In his career bill has designed and implemented software in multiple industry verticals with a focus on logistics and service-based workflows. He has had the pleasure to work with several large organizations like Mariott, Starbucks, Missile Defense, U.S. Army, and Customs and Border Protection.

Bill is currently the Director of Applications and Digital Services for the U.S. Department of Commerce where he has successfully consolidated 2 ServiceNow instances with over 150 services supporting HR, IT, Finance, and Facilities.
