Amy Giovannucci

Amy Giovannucci is the Managing Director of ServiceNow at Accenture Federal. She has 20 years experience consulting in both the federal and commercial spaces. With the Federal Government moving to digital platforms and the cloud, Amy has specialized in cloud-based, service management applications and platforms to automate and provide outcome-based solutions across all business areas leveraging ServiceNow.

Over the last 8 years Amy has focused solely on projects leveraging ServiceNow and is focused primarily on driving the Accenture Federal ServiceNow solutions and leading the practice across the entire Federal portfolio.

Amy received her bachelors in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.
