Ben de Bont is the Chief Information Security Officer at ServiceNow.
Prior to ServiceNow, Ben served as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at IBM and MySpace, Chief Security Officer at HP Cloud Services, Principal Security Consultant at Argent Security, and led the online incident response team at Microsoft.
Ben co-leads the Technology & Innovation Council for Business Executives for National Security (BENS) and is a founding and board member of the Cybercrime Support Network. In 2018, he was selected to participate in the Presidential Leadership Scholar Program, an initiative to merge leaders from across non-profit, military, public and private sector fields to facilitate solutions for the nation’s most pressing issues.
Ben holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Computer Science from the Queensland University of Technology in Australia. He proudly served in the Australian Army from 1997-2000.
