Venkatapathi “PV” Puvvada joined NetImpact Strategies in February 2021 with 30+ years of results-oriented operational and financial success across all sectors to accelerate NetImpact’s Digital Transformation (DX) strategy. Since joining, PV has matured NetImpact’s DX capabilities into a cohesive solution approach addressing strategy, tools, and data under DX360°™, as well as recruited and appointed several remarkable industry veteran leaders to the NetImpact leadership team. Under PV’s leadership, the company has embarked on a mission to re-invent the Federal market using NetImpact’s next general digital transformation, full-spectrum solutions offered under DX360°™: PlatformFirst™, DigitalBluePrint™, AgileGovernance™, Mission-Centered Design™, and ParadigmSHIFT™. These capabilities offer practical, proven, and ready-to-use blueprints, playbooks, SaaS solutions, mission apps, and tools to accelerate DX and reduce risk for NetImpact’s Federal customers.

PV’s forward-leaning strategy focuses on enabling NetImpact’s hyper growth to disrupt service delivery agility using leading-edge, digital software solutions built with Cloud, AI/ML, Cyber, IoT technologies. His vision is to create adaptive services that enhance the customer experience, while simplifying digital transformation for Federal customers using modular and complemental low-code/no-code offerings that consider the comprehensive journey, while accounting for varying degrees of need. PV’s approach towards “Accelerating Service Delivery” emphasizes mission intimacy and product quality while challenging the GovCon industry in the democratization of software development.

Previously, he served as the President of Unisys Federal, a Washington Technology Top 50 government contractor, where he oversaw a team of over 3,000. During his Unisys Federal tenure, PV redefined the company as a market leader through a collaborative leadership approach, smart investment in next generation technology in Cloud, AL/ML, Agile DevOps, and Cyber – doubling Unisys’ revenue from approximately $434M in 2014 to over $900M by 2020, and guided the organization through a successful $1.2B sale to SAIC in March 2020. PV is a thought leader and an active contributor to industry collaboration initiatives and led both Professional Services Council (PSC) and Industry Advisory Council (IAC) as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He holds a BS and MS in Engineering and Wharton’s General Management certificate. He is a four-time Federal 100 Award recipient, six-time Wash100 Awardee, the Fed 100 Industry Eagle Award recipient for 2015, and Northern Virginia Technology Council’s 2010 CTO of the Year.
