Jason has over 18 years’ experience in IT and has held an executive member role at TAPCO for two years, with responsibility for all aspects of IT for the company. Jason implemented ServiceNow at TAPCO in 2019 for Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, and IT Service Management, providing valuable insight and allowing for decisions to be driven by data. Jason is currently working on implementing ServiceNow for TAPCO Facilities Department and IT Business Management Project and Portfolio Management capabilities for the organization.
