Erika Dinnie currently serves as the Associate CIO for Digital Infrastructure Technologies, overseeing GSA’s IT infrastructure, systems, software, and applications for its 17,500 user base. Ms. Dinnie is a senior executive with a proven track record in leading enterprise-wide organizational resource strategies for large and small service organizations, executing national change initiatives, and overseeing organizational design and workforce planning initiatives. She is a recognized leader in shared-services transformation programs, recruitment and development of top talent, and budget and workforce reduction initiatives. She has held previous Senior Executive roles in the Public Buildings Service and GSA’s Office of Administrative Services.
Ms. Dinnie holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University. She is a native of New York, and currently resides in rural Pennsylvania with her husband and two small children.
