Kirsten Dalboe

Kirsten Dalboe, FERC’s first CDO, is a data trailblazer with a passion for establishing effective data governance structures, setting agency-wide data practices, and successfully delivering data products and services. Before FERC, Kirsten was the Director of Data Operations at the DHHS OIG, leading the build out of the cloud-based Integrated Data Platform and delivered its award-winning Enterprise Dashboard. Before that, she was the Chief Data Architect and Director of Enterprise Data Management at the DHS and served as the Program Manager for the DHS MGMT Cube, a mission support data analytics program and a 2015 ACT-IAC Igniting Innovation finalist.
