Doug Rezabek

Doug Rezabek is the Director of Strategic Initiatives and the leads the SOFTACT Solutions ServiceNow practice. Doug has been in IT business for 31 years in a variety of business, marketing, and technical roles and has spent the last eight years working in the ServiceNow ecosystem (beginning with the Fuji release) as an engagement manager, business process specialist, and technical architect. Among other current project and corporate responsibilities, Doug is the lead architect for the US Special Operations Forces implementation of ServiceNow, including the core ITSM processes, IT Business Management, and Field Service Management. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering.
