Kelvin is Principal Strategist in Employee Workflows supporting our Federal Customers as ServiceNow. Kelvin has been with ServiceNow for five years initially as an HR Advisory Solution Consultant and now as Principal Strategist, Employee Workflows, supporting our Federal Team. Kelvin has over 30 years of experience in Human Resource Management, HR Service Delivery and Value Consulting. Kelvin is considered a thought leader in the area of Employee Service Delivery with a proven track record of driving change, process improvement and identifying/realizing value.

Kelvin holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with a Specialization in Human Resources for Marquette Universit.
