Tim Hislop

For over 20 years, Tim has been helping organizations modernize their IT operations, architecting, designing, and managing Enterprise Service Management solutions. Tim joined Integrated Solutions Management (ISM), now part of ECS, in 2017 as their Chief Solutions Architect working closely with customers to optimize their ServiceNow journey. Prior to ISM, Tim spent over 17 years helping organizations transform their Service Delivery operations – from developing applications to aligning various ITSM platforms to ITIL and industry best practices, to growing and managing a team of over 100 ServiceNow professionals in support of hundreds of implementation efforts.
